When We Send Messages?
We only send messages when it’s necessary to enhance your experience or keep you updated on your order.
By placing an order, you have the option to opt in to receive text message updates. If you prefer not to receive texts, you can easily opt out, we will respect your choice and won’t message you.
Even if you opt out, you’re always welcome to contact us via text, WhatsApp, or email for updates.
What You Can Expect?
If you choose to receive texts from FableWings, you’ll get timely, essential updates. We limit our communication to five key situations:
- Order Verification (Mandatory): After placing an order, we call to verify it as a security measure. If we’re unable to reach you by phone, we’ll follow up via text or voice message.
- Order Confirmation: After verification, we send a confirmation email. No text is sent unless there’s an urgent issue.
- Shipping & Tracking Updates: You’ll receive tracking information and estimated delivery dates via email.
- Delivery Issues: If a delivery attempt fails, we’ll email you first. If we don’t receive a response, we’ll send a text as a secondary measure.
- Payment Reminders: We email a gentle reminder for any unpaid orders. If there’s no response, we’ll send a one-time text reminder.
What We Don’t Do?
Your trust matters deeply to us, and we maintain strict boundaries with your information.
- No Sensitive Data Requests: We will never ask for personal, financial, or medical information via text.
- No Promotional Messages: We do not use text messaging for marketing or sales promotions, only for service-related updates.
Managing Your Preferences
You’re in full control of how we communicate with you. Choose from the following options at any time:
- Partial Opt-Out: Text “Stop” to pause all text messages. You can resume updates by messaging us again.
- Full Communication Pause: Text “Stop All” to halt all communications, including emails.
- Data Deletion: Text “Remove All” to erase all your personal data and permanently delete your account.
Escalation Path
If your issue remains unresolved after contacting support, you can escalate it directly to our Nodal Officer at team.fablewings@gmail.com. Our escalation team will handle your concern with top priority and ensure a timely resolution.
