Can I request a longer expiration date on my medicine?
We usually send products with at least 6 months until expiration. For longer dates, feel free to contact us by email.
Why are your prices so low, and why do pills look different?
We buy in large quantities from trusted suppliers, helping us keep prices low. Generic pills may look different from brand-name ones but contain the same active ingredients.
What if I can't find my medicine on your site?
Double-check spelling. If it’s still missing, email us, we carry many products not listed online.
Is my package shipped privately, and how can I get my receipt?

Why hasn’t my order been shipped yet?

We pack all orders by machine to keep everything clean and safe, no human hands touch your items during packing.
Why did I only get part of my order?
If your order is big, we might split it into two or more packages. The rest should be on its way. If you’re worried, contact us.
What if I got the wrong strength or dose?
Oops! If we sent the wrong item, let us know right away. We’ll fix the problem and send you the right one as fast as we can.
Can I return my order?
You can return your order only if:
- You got the wrong product, or
- Your order arrived damaged
In these cases, we’ll send you a new one at no cost. We can’t accept returns for other reasons.
