We want you to be happy with every book.
- Before you start reading: you can cancel a purchase within 14 days for a full refund.
- Once you start reading: under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 the 14-day right to cancel ends once you begin reading or listening, because you agree to this at checkout. You still have your rights if a book is faulty or not as described: we will fix it, replace it or refund you.
- Subscriptions: cancel any time; you keep access to the end of the paid period. If you were charged by mistake, tell us and we will refund it.
